"Have had to have a hinge and a the lamp cover replace and both times the customer service was awful. Send out an engineer without you being able to talk to to them so had to order parts and then book another appointment. I’m still waiting for the bulb cover to be delivered and no one can tell when that will be. The pyro cleaning function is disappointing as well. "

"it's very complicated to use. The instructions are not detailed enough.
The cleaning function does not work well.
There are a few good features, the rising function for bread. Automatic function for poultry. Why so many programmes, just like washing machines, we don't need them.
The clock is very dim and the timer very quiet.
Would not buy again"

"Only lasted 13 MONTHS Very disappointing. Had thought Hotpoint a good manufacturer and AO only sold quality products. How wrong I was. Will not use either again. Seams both companies only interested in selling Insurance. Avoid go anywhere elese"

"Love this oven! We were a little worried as it was delivered a week before Xmas & that's not a lot of time to get used to an oven before cooking the precious crimbo Turkey. We weren't disappointed, its easy to use, cooks evenly, easy to fit - just plug in!"

"I'm in love with the oven the features overwhelming. I'm still working my way around it however the quality and the built is extremely good. It also includes a rotisserie which is absolutely top-notch and the best part it cleans itself.there were no issues with the fitting goes in nice and easy and very simple to fit"
