"Very stylish design and easy to use controls. Easy to clean. So far so good. Only feature that is missing is a door opening button. You just have to pull the door open from the bottom which is a bit tricky. "

"After looking and searching for mircowaves and getting just about ready to give up because of the overload of information. I came across this one, I'm a huge fan of hotpoint and have nearly all my appliances that are now hot point. I needed a mircowave that my youngest son could use so the flatbed in this was a huge bonus. The mircowave itself look lovely in my kitchen and seems to really pick up the feel of being modern.
The instructions are easy to follow and show step by step pages of what you're trying to do. It has a simple start button which is what I needed as well as being digital. ( my 13 yr old set fire to my last two mircowaves because they didn't automatically turn off and he got side tracked) so this feature was a blessing. You can add more than 30s if you need too. The space inside is incredible and it feels like a much bigger mircowave. It has a grill function and I've yet to use this however I know I will. The whole mircowave is just a little gem and in all honesty I didn't think that I would find one that had the main things I was looking for. I did, and feel a bit more reassured that it will go off, no more fires from forgotten over cooked food. I'm glad I paid extra for this as it was a lot higher in price than my original budget, the only thing I would say is that while the outside looks fantastic, the door is prone to finger marks. Bit of kitchen towel and it's all clear. "

"An attractive microwave using the non-turntable method of cooking which works very well for me. I like the grill function and the auto-clean it's a shame its only 800w but I like the other functions and it's easy to use.

"This is spacious microwave for it's size. The lack of a turntable means more can be fitted in. The instructions are clear and it's easy to use and clean. The only tiny problem I've encountered is the need to stir & turn the food round a bit more frequently to enable event heat distribution. No hesitation in recommending this item!"

"Whilst it is not quite perfect - see cons below - overall we really like this microwave which seems to be a big improvement on the one it replaces.
Pros: Spacious, flat bed, option to turn the beeping off completely, easy to setup and start using though we have not used any of the more complex features yet; love that fact that I can see easily into it whilst stuff is cooking - great to make sure milk doesn't boil over, POWERFUL: despite supposedly being the same power rating as our previous microwave this beast heats stuff up much faster (eg 1.5 mins compared to 2.5 mins previously), 2 year guarantee is definitely welcome as our previous two microwaves both packed up after 13 months (ie just out of guarantee).
Cons: The clock light is behind the glass door and so not very bright, the ping (if you don't turn the sound off) is horrible - more like a irritating whistle, perhaps not the most attractive or intuitive control panel (though overall the microwave looks OK)."
