The Extra space available is great as it allows larger items to be placed in the oven.

"Excellent product, great that it doesn’t have a turntable as this makes it easier to clean. Powerful enough for what I need it for, also has grill function which is very handy. Be aware of the size, this was much bigger than my previous microwave but luckily still fits nicely in my small kitchen. "
"I was getting a premium microwave after using basic ones and I feel that the 'Mute' Option is a great essential that is missing is most microwave. The microwave operates quietly and doesn't beep after the end of the cycle, it however leaves the internal light on so that you remain aware that your food is heated. The microwave is also efficient as it can heat up in 30s when my old microwave was taking 1m30s to do the same job. Flatbed technology is the way to go. More space to heat more, more efficient and also no wobbly plates spilling your cuppa over."
"This is a great microwave, easy to use and does what it needs to do
It’s quite a lot bigger than the last one I had and I’m not sure the “grilling” function seems to work as well as it’s supposed to. But I may be doing something wrong. I will keeep trying. Generally a pretty good microwave though "

"Didn’t know how to give 0 stars. Received microwave and set it up. Light did not come on and smoke coming out of side. Phoned AO who transferred me to manufacturer. Had to email manufacturer with invoice details to receive an uplift code for refund/replacement . Phones AO to sort out and waited on phone for ages to then be told there is a 20 minute wait. Such a faff so will now have to email. Will now be requesting a refund as need a microwave like yesterday. Bought a few appliances from AO and never a problem until this appliance. "
