"I love it!! I keep telling everyone about it! The flat base makes things so much easier as does the base hinge on the door.
Instructions clear and simple. I have already grilled food, used the microwave and the oven features and it is fantastic!!Could not be happier!!"

"I was a little shocked how big this microwave was, but having installed it an now used it I can honestly say it’s the best microwave I’ve ever owned. It re-heats food quickly an evenly, it’s easy to use, the only negative is the timer, you can do increments of a set time but you can’t be precise like 45 seconds, you have to do 40 or 50.
I’ve not had the machine long enough to give a full review I’ve not yet used the convection oven or grill but plan to.
My favourite feature so far is the pull down door, my old one was a pull sideways door and we always struggled to get our hot food out without either spilling it or burning ourselves as we had to reach across and over the door due to the lack of space an layout in our tiny kitchen, but now it’s so much easier"

"Had a few hiccups with the microwave which such a friendly customer service team made it better. Haven’t stopped using the oven for little bits such as our roast potatoes or jackets. Really makes it easier to cook separate things whilst our meal is being cooked in the main oven, the only problem we had was the trays that come with the oven were missing and one was a little bent which has been sorted out "

"I am really pleased with the microwave, grea value and works well. The delivery was on time the only problem was the microwave had a scratch on it, I contacted customer service on the Saturday afternoon the lady that dealt will the problem was very professional and apologetic, she asked me to email a picture of the damage and said the replacement would be with me the next day, I was sceptical about whether it would arrive on the Sunday but it was with me at 0830 on the morning. Fantastic customer service couldn't ask for more."
