"Love this microwave. It is reasonably compact for a flatbed microwave, easy to operate with no complicated instructions and looks smart in the corner of my kitchen. It has an 800w rating which is more than sufficient for home use. Well priced and overall I’m very pleased with my purchase. "
"Great microwave and so much better than the ones with the spinning 'plate' in them. Ample size for re-heating a meal on a full-size dinner plate as well. Takes a bit of getting used to the fan running to cool it down after anything from 2mins of use upwards.
We don't use ours a great deal but despite always wiping it down carefully and drying it out with kitchen towels after use, a small bit of rust has appeared in the bottom right corner of the microwave in less than 9 months of initial use (purchased in December 2020). I called Sharp about this and sent pictures. Naturally they have blamed the consumer - me - and said I must have left it wet and not cleaned it properly, and even though it has a fan to cool it as well, you are supposed to leave the door open for 5-10 minutes after use. Bet you didn't read that in the manual (no, me neither). Therefore, there was nothing they could do. Not impressed with Sharp and suggest if you own one of these, you clean it every time you use it, let the fan run until it stops and then leave the door open for it to air as well - just in case!"

"It's a fantastic microwave. Doesn't have a rotating plate so larger items can go in with no trouble. It heats the food thoroughly and evenly. We purchased one for our son and he told us how good it is so we bought one for ourselves. "
