"When I told my son I was going to get the flat bed sharps microwave from a.o he said "no such thing" got to have a turntable, so when he called round and saw it, he had to admit I was right, and it's a cracker it used to take around 1min 30 seconds to heat a drink up from cold this one 30 secs, defrosting dead on, I would have to take turntable out to make room for a meal sometimes on my old one, this one great, no turntable in, all round 100 %for me. "

"Really happy with my microwave. I particularly wanted a flat bed one, it is so much easier to clean.
I have had no problems with food heating/cooking unevenly, just have to stir well, just like in my old conventional microwave I had before.
I have had no trouble with the buttons on the control panel but yes, you do have to press quite firmly.
I love Sharp microwaves, I have found they are so much more reliable than other makes I have tried in the past.
The programmes are quite useful on it, more so than on my old one.
I would certainly recommend it.

"I ordered this microwave after looking at all the reviews on line,although some had problems setting the clock and using the buttons,I never had a problem with it,I wanted another SHARP model to replace my very elderly old one.Think the flatbed is a great improvement,have made my friend envious!! I am hoping I get as much life out of this as the old one.wouldn't have a problem buying again.It's quite weighty,but the suction cups on the bottom rear keep it stable on the worktop,it's simple to clean,highly recommend."

"Lovely, easy to setup and use Microwave, I had set it up in a few minutes, used straight away, Flatbed idea is great because you have much more space inside so you can downsize the actual outer case of the microwave with out losing interior cooking space. "
