"Had to replace our old cooker. Had lots of different models but went with this one due to the reviews that I had seen. They were very helpful. This appliance has made cooking a lot quicker and easier for all to use. The delivery was as promised on time and the gentlemen very very helpful. I wouldn’t go passed AO.com. "The delivery was quick and the delivery men were lovely. Had a slight issue as the oven was dented once unwrapped but no problem getting it rectified AO was brilliant. I’ve been using the oven for a week now and I love it very easy to use very quite I love it"

"This was a beautiful oven exactly what I wanted at an amazing price . Until my father in law reminded me I couldn’t have electric and I had to send it back .... I wept as the delivery men took it away "

"The oven replaces my previous one of same make. When fitting in my cabinet, which I checked was level, front fixing was about 8 mm out of vertical. As there is no means of adjustment, it required packing pieces under the rear supports to make level.
They have changed the single button timer control to a much easier system, but the instructions could be clearer. The icons around the 2 knobs are printed light grey on stainless steel and are difficult to see.
The oven itself however is very good and well worth the price. "

"Looks good and has loads of functions. Was surprised the temperature is controlled via the digital touch screen rather than a dial.
The outside casing is made from very thin metal and lets down the product. I had several deliveries where the item was damaged but this could be resolved by better packaging.
The settings around the dials could be made clearer but overall i have very few complaints."
