"I normally wash every day a small amount and so the "mixed load" program is the best for me. Clothes come out ready to fold. clothes are not crinkled. I can also air my duvets and pillows in the "timed - cold air" program, dry the bed linen, etc. I highly recommend this product."

"I splashed out on a Bosch after all the great reviews but I don’t think it’s worth the money over a solid budget brand like Beko. The additional features I was particularly interested in were the timed programme, wool cycle, and sensor dry. The times programmes aren’t fully flexible (they increase in ten minute chunks), to use woollens in the dryer you have to buy a separate ‘wool basket’ from Bosch, and the first load of towels I tried to dry just didn’t dry. The instruction book is worse that useless - it doesn’t tell you which cycle names use a high heat vs low heat so you can’t check that the cycles you are using match the washing label guidelines on your clothes. After 2.5 hours of trying to dry my towels to ‘cupboard dry’ using a ‘cottons’ cycle (should be high heat right??) I finally noticed that you could alter the temperature manually but I shouldn’t HAVE to do that for an appropriately selected cycle, and as it is ‘sensor drying’ the towels should have dried anyway. Having now sussed this I was able to dry the next load very quickly, but I’m not now confident that picking the appropriately named cycle for a load will result in the right temperature being used or a dry load at the end. Really disappointed. "
