"Never owned a washer dryer before. This product looks really smart and at first I thought it going to be difficult to operate/not very easy to understand how to use just because of how technical/expensive it looks. The instructions are extremely easy to follow and the settings are pretty self explanatory once you work your way through them.
It washes and dries to a very good standard. Even had a steam setting which I am very impressed with.
Overall an excellent and easy to use product and also looks very smart. "

"I’ve been after a stylish washer / dryer to replace my 15yr old Zanussi washer dryer that had about had given up. This machine is a great replacement. Many say they can’t find short programmes but I found 2 which run 30 or 45 mins and wash well. Others are long but factor an auto dry, but can be removed to reduce the overall time. It’s much quieter than my last machine. Looks great. I don’t think for one minute this will last 15 years but hope it lasts a fair few years and registered for the 10yr free parts replacement programme. AO is a great site and a husband and wife team delivered. Nice and friendly. "

"Had the model before this for 10 years and did us proud.
Reason for upgarde was due to sensor and barings going and not under warrenty. Mind you, we had the washer/dryer on all the time due to child and dog .
Very happy with new item. Its actually the same drum size, but its not as deep as the last one! Spin very quiet, lots of programs and dryer better than last one.
Hope this lasts 10 years like the last one!

"Machine washing is brilliant, clothes are really clean and fresh. Lots of cycles to choose from. The dryer is good, but the intake of water through the pipes makes a thud every 12 seconds or so in my house, which is annoying. But normal according to hotpoint customer services!"
