"This machine was bought to replace one that inexplicably stopped working so I didn’t have long to compare and decide but knew Hotpoint was a good make to focus on. I have not been disappointed, washed really well, very quiet and loads of washing s and drying options. Very pleased and would recommend it. "

"Ordered this as moved into a new house with no white goods. Ordered fitting as well.
Delivery was great and machine now works wonderfully with a safety lock and delay timer working really well. The display panel is also very clear and easy to use.

"Having had this exact model cancelled on me the day before by another company, I decided to give AO a try. I placed my order at around 14:30 not expecting to get a delivery slot for the following day but low and behold; I could choose the next day morning delivery slot!
The delivery drivers were on time and efficient. They removed all the packaging and took it with them and connected up my washing machine and gave me a quick run down on how it all worked.
Outstanding work from start to finish! I will be using AO again for all my electrical needs! "
"As described, beautiful with a very large drum. Drier could be easier to use though- took us a while to figure it out-as there is no drier option on the pad and you have to set it through one of the wash cycles and press dry only. Takes a while to start too.
Also, could be less noisy. We had another hotpoint model before this one that was two models older and was so quiet you couldn’t figure out if it was washing or not. "
