"This is a replacement for my old hotpoint washer dryer. I was looking for a machine that has short quick wash programmes. This model certainly has a variety of choices but unlike my old machine I don't seem to be able to run a half load and some programmes have a fixed maximum spin set lower than I would like. I haven't really got to grips with the drying yet. ..everything comes out steaming. ....perhaps the online manual would be more informative. I have only had the machine a week so it's early days .The machine neatly fits in the recess as not as deep. "

"Good machine, quiter than previous but cycles run longer. Fast wash and dry (1 towel, 1 tea towel as test 45 mins), doesnt dry at all (slow spin), in fact dripping wet but steaming and waste of energy. Suggest not suitable if you intend to use wash and dry feature even on small loads. Better to use fast spin (1600), then reset for drying."

"Great washer/dryer massive improvement on my last machine. Drys quick very quiet. Only reason not giving 5 stars is in the drying mode it has a quick water shut off which causes water hammer on the water pipes making a loud bang every 10 seconds. This was easily fixed with a water hammer arrester attached to the machine directly. Now a silent machine. "

Lots of programmes to choose from
What I don’t like:
It’s quite noisy
You have to re-dry larger loads
Strong smell of hot rubber during drying "

"With a new baby in the house, a washing machine that didn't really wash things, and no tumble dryer, we were desperate for change! This mid range washer dryer was in the right budget for us, and we have no regrets, it does everything it says on the tin! Instructions are fairly simple, and there's a list of programme settings inside the washing liquid drawer for when you forget, perfect! "
