"Quick service, the next day delivery I was over the moon with the item, it looks "state of the art". Still learning the programmes, but really it is easy.
There is nothing I dislike about the product and the last washer/dryer Hotpoint was purchased from ao.com and lasted 10 years. The new washer/dryer is an updated version of my old one so I am well impressed."

"Machine has lots of features such as time delay. Display is very clear. Looks expensive. A bit more technical than my previous hotpoint. Quite hard to work tumble facility as you cannot seem to select just a drying setting, but have to match it up with a washing cycle. Quite quiet which is always a bonus. "

"Brilliant product - I’d researched this product as I well expected my machine was long overdue a breakdown. We like hotpoint and needed more than anything a bigger drum and a child lock. Lots of settings and options and the clothes wash up well. Our washing machine packed up on the Wednesday mid washing bedding, by Saturday (we needed it fast and AO by far were the quickest) it was delivered and installed and the old one gone. "
