"So I've had a washer dryer before and the drying function left a lot to be desired. It left the clothes hot and wet and still in need of drying and if it did dry them they would be creased beyond belief. I was sceptical but after reading the reviews I was hopeful. I received it and although it isn't the easiest washing machine to operate and has took me a few washes to get the hang of it with there being so many functions and options but I have and I'm really happy. The drum is huge and easily does all the washing for our family without being on constantly every of every day. I can happy do what would of been two loads in one go now so that was a massive pull and it's great! This machine also steams and refreshes items that you can't or don't want to wash, has eco wash options and anti stain, anti iron etc literally every washing option known to man I'm pretty sure it's here. You can also inject a power of water if your washing something badly stained which although I haven't used yet I probably will having two small children. The dryer dries perfectly and doesn't take 100 years so I'm happy with that also. There are various drying options iron dry which leaves slightly damp, cupboard dry which leaves perfectly dry and a few in the middle. I think it's a great value machine as I haven't seen one with all these features and the drum size for this price. Very happy. I will say there is a very new plastic smell to the first load of drying you do but this does go."

"We have a teeny kitchen and a big family so a washer/dryer is something that we use a lot! And I mean a lot. Our last one we chose because it was the cheapest we could afford and it died within 4 years and we were not able to repair it. So this time around I did a lot of research and this was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive either. It has a huge drum capacity which was important to us because we both work and being able to wash a lot in one go really helps. The dryer is quiet, so you can put it on over night and it won’t shake the house. The wash and dry settings are not the most intuitive but once you work it out, it’s really straightforward and easy to use. The top does get hot when drying, just like all dryers, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend putting the dryer on back to back - but also, it’s actually a really good dryer so you probably won’t need to.
Over all, this is a good product and I have no complaints. Looks nice too, which wasn’t a priority but it certainly helps. I really liked AO’s payment plan options, it made opting for a higher end product more affordable. And I always come back to AO because they take the old machine away. "

"The 11kg drum size of this machine is a godsend as not only can we get through much larger loads of laundry, we can also wash king size duvets in it. The range of wash programmes means we can wash just about anything as well. The key lock is a neat function that means there's no chance of accidentally bumping the buttons while the machine's going.
We especially like the steam function which makes ironing a breeze.
The fact that there's three different drying levels is also great.
It's also so much quieter than our old machine and with it having an A rating, it's much more efficient too. We're delighted with our new machine."

"Great washing machine, the dryer part takes a bit getting used too, especially when you maybe used to a normal tumble dryer, the length of time it takes to dry is a bit longer than in a normal dryer.
But great machine overall.. ?? "
