"My previous Zanussi washer dryer broke down after 16 years without ever having to be repaired so thought it was about time I bought a replacement.
Was very impressed with the reviews on the Hotpoint product and was drawn to this one because of the large capacity drum.
Was delivered on time by extremely helpful delivery men who fitted and had it working in no time. I was a little concerned about reviewers saying that the programmes were hard to understand but have not found that at all. Washes well and was surprised at the low sound level even when spinning at top speed.
Very pleased so far with my purchase and have already recommended to my friends when they need replacement washer dryer. "

"After initial problems, I am now very happy with the washer dryer.
It takes some getting used to and you have to practise with settings but it's currently doing its job well.
Looks nice and is quite quiet. "

"Bought this machine last November for the large capacity and immediately noticed that the options regarding large 11kg wash are quite limited and the drying temperature is not adjustable.
This is very inconvenient, as some items should not be exposed to the high drying temperature that is used in this machine. Also, a major drawback is the detergent dispenser. You cannot take it out to be able to clean any powder deposits or softener residue. The softener compartment needs to be wrenched out as it is badly fitted and difficult to get out and put back. Bad design! Only had this a short time but already the softener dispenser is clogged and I cannot check why. I do follow the instructions, but having had an LG washing machine before, I now regret having bought this. The pump is also quite loud and so is the spin..
Not happy!!"
