"Poor,misleading instructions...tells you to remove 4 screws and caps,but you only move 2 as you just slide he top to remove it...(this was so we could place the door on the other side) would be better if you could purchase it with door on the left side of the right side"

"Well my new washing is a bit of a disappointment I have to say. On one of the two programmes I've used so far it makes a dreadful clattering sound! An engineer will be calling next week to repair it, but quite honestly I think he should bring a replacement machine, don't you?

"We're a small young family and rely heavily on reliable and efficient appliances.
Unfortunately this model isn't one of them. Our machine is only two months old and has already broken down with an error code.
Really disappointed given it's age and the cost.
Initially we were very pleased with the machine and all its features but aren't now.
Don't make the same mistake we have. Get a different machine."

"Overall wash cycles take longer than my previous Hotpoint. I bought this washer 11Kg because I thought it had a bigger opening for washing duvets,getting it in and out, but only the drum is larger the door opening is the same as the 7Kg machine. It is extremely quiet though."

"I love this washer/dryer. It takes a bit of getting used to the settings, trial and error with them until we found ones that suited us, but now we’re used to it they’re a doddle. Generally it’s really quiet, the spin is a little loud but it’s bound to be when it spins that fast and it’s not for long in comparison to the rest of the quiet wash. The dryer is great, we often use the cupboard setting and it seems quite gentle on our clothes, and the machine stops drying when it knows the clothes are dry. There are wash only and dry only options too which is really handy. Overall I’m really pleased with it. It’s made my life a lot easier!"
