"After a small hick up with delivery ( sorted quickly and proper washer delivered a couple of days later ) this machine is very easy to install and slotted into existing space easily, it’s deceptively large drum hold a huge amount of laundry and turns it effortlessly and quietly, the only small issue I have is with the pre programmed wash cycles, I usually use the 30 min fast mode, no heavy soiled clothes here, however the pre programmed wash only allows a maximum spin of 800rpm on this cycle, the machine can spin up to 1600rpm, this resulted in clothes coming out considerably wetter than I’m used to, massively increasing the drying time and making the house considerably damper in the process. Yes you can choose to spin after the wash has completed at full speed but this adds time, requires your attendance to start the spin program, and kind of defeats the purpose of a 30 min wash, however that is the only disadvantage I have come across, the washer works perfectly and the dryer is outstanding, for the price this is a great machine especially for large families who need a workhorse :-) "

"Very stylish appearance. Washes and dries nicely. Easy to operate. Reasonably quietand and the door lock releases straight away rather than having to wait ages as on previous washer/dryers I have had. Unfortunately, all this is outweighed by the length of time the wash programmes take. The ones I would use as an everyday wash are 2.5 hours long which is outrageous. The machine only does 2 rinses as standard which is not enough to remove dirty water. There is the option of adding upto 3 extra rinses on some but not all programmes. One rinse adds around 20 mins to a cycle. The 1600 spin is not available on all cycles which means you have to run a separate 1600 spin to get the washing drier and thereby using less electric drying clothes. How this machine has been A rated is beyond my comprehension. There are also several totally useless programmes which I presume have bumped up the cost of the machine. One day someone will invent a machine that gives you a choice of washes, a choice of rinses and a choice of drying cycles which gives that customer the ability to make up their own wash programme thereby releasing the consumer from manufacturers and A rater's control.

"Top quality washing machine. We have had no end of trouble with our previous machine so decided to replace it and have been amazed with the lack of noise, the options of washes and quality. Brilliant!"

"it wastes a lot of time not doing anything other than turning the drum without any water in it or pausing and restarting for some unknown reason. Two hours to do a wash is ridiculous and then It only does 2 rinses as standard which is not enough in my books. Yes there is an option to add up to 3 extra rinses but the machine wont allow you to add a rinse half way through a programme so you have to waste even more time waiting for it to finish and then adding another rinse and a spin if you forget to press the multi rinse or if you don't know how many rinses a particular programme does (there is scant programme information in the operation guide). Who on earth tests and approves these things? They have given it an A rating but if you want a proper job then I guess it becomes B or C rated so it appears to be a bit of a con really. There are also far too many useless programmes on it. "
