"Product didn’t work when put up at all. Now have to wait over 2 weeks for an engineer to come and see if they can fix it! Not happy - check AOs policy before you buy. They only exchange on some products. Shame as never had a problem before."

"The cooker hood is excellent - quite quiet and very stylish. However the product instruction book was poorly designed in that the illustrations of the product installation method were visually hard to see. Clearer photo quality illustrations would be an advantage and make installation much quicker and simpler. "
