"Communication was good, but after delivery drivers had left and we started taking off protective coatings I noticed a small dent in the top right hand door and the dispenser sticker was not sitting correctly. Went on the AO web site and it directed me to Hisense, after E mails back and for they offered 5% discount off the purchase price (£30.00) of which if I accepted would void any claim against AO. AO.COM's contact for these situations is not clear enough and should be addressed."

"I love this fridge/Freezer, there's plenty of room, great lighting in both the fridge and freezer.
Water dispenser is great too always cold water on tap. Would highly recommend if your looking for a fridge freezer that's not too big."

"My fridge freezer broke so looking for a new one, upon looking the tall ones were no longer any good for us as a family, I found this one it is very clean looking, I love the controls on the outside, the freezer has lights in too, when I did my normal fridge shop it fit in no problem I did not have to play jenga, the fresh draws are more than enough to keep all.my veg is, the freezer is also spacious and I have a draw for each of my foods
It is practical but looks very smart. Also its so quiet"
"Fridge freezer is exactly as described. Plenty of space and runs fairly quiet. Great no plumbing was required for water dispenser and love the ice cube gadget. Great size and looks very sleek. Freezer drawers easily accessible and the salad drawers are great."
