- the touch controls aren't a "positive" as they could be, few double/triple press
- comes with 1 wire rack, grill pan and "baking tray/drip tray" another wire rack would be nice as the volume of the oven is large and so you end up using one of the others... can see myself buying another wire rack "
"Great looking appliance which fits in well with my oven underneath. Seems easy to understand user guide, although not used all functions yet. Good selection of accessories provided.
Clock light is a little dim, but not a big issue. "
"Great, easy to install, but I do think it’s over complicated. All I wanted was a microwave but there are so many settings and things that it makes or tricky just to do the simple stuff… perhaps I’m behind the times!"
"First 4 weeks very happy, last 7 months nothing but faults from the same issue.
Fist started to show a fault at 4 weeks the unit that produces the microwaves started stuttering. Called up but was told unless I could prove a fault I would have to pay for a engineer.
Left it until it went properly. That is it started to smoke and would not heat anything anymore. They came out and fixed it. Good except it gas gone again 2 months later same issue and the call centre has told me they will call back later, they didn't. I called back and was put on hold until they all went home at 6pm... will never buy hotpoint or whirlpool again"
