"After many months deliberation, I finally decided on this microwave as I only needed a basic functioning oven but it had to be built in.
As a fairly competent DIY-er, fitting it was relatively easy, however, the instructions were particularly inadequate, so if youre not used to building and installing things, you might need to ask for assistance. The instructions were in tiny writing and confusingly, indicated that the same two screws supplied, were in fact needed for two different locations and purposes, luckily I always have my own screws and fitted it using the template without any further issues (pre drilling the hole locations with a tiny drill bit if you have one does make it easier to screw in, as the holes are quite set back in the cupboard) it slides onto the bracket wonderfully, and just needed a long neck screwdriver to fit the front securing screw (again, pre drilling this hole made life much easier than trying to get the long screw to bit through the melamine of the cupboard).
Using it is pretty simple, choose start button for a single 30 second burst at full power, press more for increments of 30 seconds. Less power is slightly more of a faff, as you have to press microwave until you get the power of choice, then press start to confirm, then turn the dial to select the time and again press start twice to get it running. (There's probably an easier way, but having looked through the instructions, I cant find one?) The amount of times I'll need that particular function will be minimal, so the microwave is really good for my needs. I haven't yet needed to choose a specific defrost weight etc, but Im sure thats pretty simple too? It looks really good insitu, however my one bug bear, is that the Baumatic logo, is set on the microwave door, but is central to the whole microwave, so it looks a bit like its in the wrong place? If the logo was on the out casing, it would be fine, but being on the door, it just looks like its been placed in error? If you have a serious OCD for things being lined up, then this might drive you crazy, although as its a transfer, and it really bothered you, I'm sure theres a way to get it off and go logo free?
Cleaning is easy unlike some stainless steel surfaces, which never look like new for long. This just takes a small wipe over with a damp cloth with washing up liquid suds, and then a buff dry with a kitchen towel and its like new again, no smearing or fingerprints.
Logo placement aside, its a great microwave, seems to heat quicker than the one it replaced despite being the same wattage, and looks great in my renovated kitchen. I'd definitely recommend it."

"Looks nice, fitted right in to my old position (I measured first) unit comes with a plug on the cable, so plug and use, easy fixing. It comes with a template for fitting a rear of unit suppport (support is supplied) and a single screw to hold the front in position, a screw cover plate is also supplied. Easy controls, with a quick 30 second setting. Is there is one dislike, the led red display is very bright for my taste. On the whole, very happy with the item."
