"I have never used an induction hob before but the experience with this one has been great. Delivery was when they said it would be and the hob was easy to instal as it just had to be plugged in. Our space for it was a little small so measure carefully to saved cutting out. It is extremely easy to use and does what it says on the tin. It heats up quickly and switches off when you take the pan off the appliance. I would recommend this hob to anyone."

"This has been a disappointing introduction to induction hobs for me. I don't know if it is normal that when you turn one 'burner' up the others go down as if they can't all be on full at the same time. In fact two of them can't be on full at the same time. It is now 3 months after the purchase and the unit has died entirely. No lights, no power. The frustrating thing is that AO refer you to the manufacturer, who refer you to an outside company they use called 'service force' who are near impossible to contact. Their phone system either gives a 'busy' tone or adds you to a queue which boots you off the queue as you approach the point where they promise someone will answer. They don't give ANY email addresses on the website but do offer a contact page which automatically issues you with a 'ticket' and no further info. No booking date, no promise to get back to you, nothing, just a number issued by email. I'm hoping they will get back to me because when cooking I mainly use the hob and my toddler likes pasta, scrambled eggs and other things you make on a hob so this is a real inconvenience."

"A very professional and smooth workmanship on a kitchen requiring update in electrical equipment and allowing an elderly lady with mobility restrictions to continue with her independence in providing the family with day to day meals. An excellent system with complete tower of double oven and microwave. the hob finishes the kitchen off to a very high spec. well done "
