"Ordered a Beko fridge freezer on a Saturday afternoon, it was delivered on 7:10 the next morning. They took my old appliance away for a small charge. Very helpful and pleasant delivery staff. I cannot fault this service. 5* product and service by AO. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone ?? "

"My fridge door hasn't shut properly since it's been switched on. Getting through to Beko is a 20-30 min wait on hold and I have had to do it twice so far.
You need a day off work to get your product serviced as they come between 6 and 8!
In terms of the product itself the fridge is good, the freezer smaller than expected as the bottom drawer is smaller than I thought. The salad drawer is a good feature and, apart from the shutting and alarm issue, the product work well enough. Wish I'd bought Bosch though."

"Poor quality item faulty, resulting in door alarming every 2 minutes, build up of ice within fridge and noisey as running constantly without switching off.
