"The cooker was delivered with 4 missing screws to the top hob assembly. It was totally loose and dangerous. Their engineer could not come at until 7 days. The did offer contract engineer but I would not trust them. I went for British made quality, let down, cannot believe cooker could leave factory in this condition. Cooker is quite. Also do check dimension their is a clip on the back covering the vent pipe for ovens which make the depth dimensions longer than those stated on the website.
It is easy to use and heats up quick."

"Bought as a stop gap until we decorate the kitchen next year. Looks and feels a bit plasticky and build not as good as previous hotpoint but for the price its OK. Easy to install and hard wire (instruction book could be better). Seems to take quite a long time to heat up the oven and there isn't as much oven space as in previous one (also a 60cm). Not sure we'd buy again. "

"Great cooker. Very easy to use and keep clean. I have always liked New World Cookers and after a disastrous purchase 2 years ago of a Curry Essential Cooker and a Neff built in cooker have come back to a New World. I would definitely recommend."
