"I wanted an oven for a rented property: 2 year guarantee was important; it needed to look stylish with a good brand name to make sure tenants felt looked after; tenant taking time off work for fitting, so reliable delivery imperative (I paid extra for named slot). This met all needs and worked perfectly. They tell me it's a great oven - I've not used it myself. Very pleased with the whole process."
