"Really impressed by ao service from ordering to delivery it was excellent. Customer service was very good too as the first order was for an oven & hob package but sadly the hob was to wide and my cooker hood didn’t meet the safety specifications so the whole package had to be returned and a refund was promptly given.
A new oven only was re-ordered and delivery was great , delivery guys were very friendly & professional.
The oven is great glad I went for the Hotpoint, it’s roomy inside and I’ve baked & roasted with so far with great results, only downside it only has one rack but I don’t think it would be difficult to order an extra one though. Overall very happy with my purchase.

"A straightforward oven at a reasonable price. From past experience I know I never use any fancy programmes or setting so with simple controls and only a handful of different settings this suits me perfectly.
I gave it 4 stars because it only came with one shelf and had to buy another one.
Would I buy it again? Time will tell but, as it stands after only a few weeks use, I certainly would."
