"I bought this for my parents who are isolating so I wasnt able to help like I usually would with new electrical items. My parents commented that it was easy to fit and they got it working and were really pleased with the product. It cooks evenly and the controls are nice and easy to use.

"Nice oven, functional and very ease to use. One thing I would change is the shelf is a little flimsy. When you have more than one dish on there it bows a little. However, still a good product and happy with purchase and ease of ordering from AO.Com quick delivery also. "
