"This machine is modern and has a great quality design. It’s great for us as a family of 3 and has loads of useful features. It washes well and it’s much quieter than our last washer dryer. We’ve had it for a week now (and with a young baby it has run A LOT) and I can’t think of a single negative comment."

"So while this machine is very good at washing. Drying is just one temperature and takes FOREVER.
So really don't expect to use the drying function.
Also I've had this repaired 3 times in the last year because the thermistor is faulty. Almost literally every other time I've used the drying function the unit errors.
Maybe I have a dud unit, but don't risk it, it's clearly a design flaw on this machine."

"I purchased this machine just over a year ago after lots of reading reviews etc. I am not a young person but am not senile. Firstly i found the instructions for use were not very helpful. I contacted the company to see if there was something i could download that was more informative. No.My daughter did a load using the instructions and she found them not good. Her old Hotpoint that she inherited without instructions is better than this model. The drying cycle i find goes on forever, and i dont overload. Would def not recommendd."

"I was super excited to use my new washer dryer! I ran the self clean cycle as recommended before use (which I think is a great feature). I put my first load in (not too much as I didn’t want to overload it so I could dry it all too- approx 3 tops a jumper and some jeans). The wash was silent so was very impressed but the drying cycle absolutely stunk! It began to make me panic about how much it was smelling and my partner eventually managed to make it stop so I could get the clothes out. Wow... the room filled with steam and a smoky smell... I don’t believe in the “sensor drying” as the clothes were dry to the point that the clothes shrunk!! I’ve had to throw the jumper away and squeeze back into my jeans! Good job they were slightly baggy already.. They also reeked of burnt plastic smell. I tried another load and changed the drying setting but still had to stop it early due to the smell again!!! Instead of using “a1,A2, a3” drying options I now I set my own drying time much shorter than the programmes as it only seemed to smell after 1.5 hours of drying on one of the programmes. Now my clothes are still coming out damp so I spend a lot of time constantly checking and airing the clothes and returning it to the dryer etc. I can’t win! Either bone dry smelly shrunk clothes or damp ones that still need to be hung up! Quite time consuming and I got this combined machine to save me time and stress as we don’t have anywhere much to hang clothes but I’m still ending up hanging them anyway :( "

"Easy to use machine, nice and quiet. Previous machine was a hotpoint washer dryer, this one had a 1600 spin so drying took a little less time. Drier does work well with a good selection of drying times. Would recommend to dry separately rather than together with the wash program. Very pleased with machine"
