"I can’t praise Ao enough from the care I received from placing my order to the care I received on the day of delivery as I had some strict instructions about phoning me upon arrival as I have an autistic daughter who doesn’t like the buzzer but the guys rang me & were amazing with not only my deliver but interacting with her as well as she became nosey. The service from Ao from start to finish has been nothing short of exemplary & I am very grateful & have recommended Ao to my neighbour who is having an oven delivered tomorrow. Thank you "

"I have arthritis in my hands and have difficulty holding down the nobs to ignite the cooker. I have had to replace most of my trays because they do not fit into the oven. Not a fault of the cooker just a change from feet and inches to metric. I am just getting used to the cooker it seems to be ok in the oven. I haven't used the grill yet. The different sized hobs are a good idea.
I am an old stick in the mud and wish that my old cooker was not beyond repair but at 30 years old it has done good service and I am sure its new replacement will serve me very well once I have got used to it.

"We were replacing an ancient Cannon that was slightly bigger (52.5cm - no longer made this size) with an overhead grill that we got used to really blasting out the heat. This cooker is quite modest by comparison, with the heat definitely less, so searing griddles, grills and stir-fries are not so effective. However it is smart and neat and pretty easy to use - although getting the oven and grill to stay alight takes some practice and kneeling down."
