"This is the first time we have used AO to purchase anything, the price was very good and the Zanussi Microwave is a very good replacement and looks great in place we are very pleased with the service we received, the purchasing of our Microwave online was very easy and the free delivery option a plus.
The after sales service was excellent as the first one we received had a faulty clock and on contacting AO about this and sending a simply picture of the faulty clock it was arranged to hav a replacement sent back out the next day which was very good service from them, will definitely recommend and will use them again in the
future."

"If you've never used a combination oven you will need more instructions than those included with this product. Good sized interior. Smart smooth exterior. Haven't tried grill yet. "

"Replaced my old combi/microwave with this much easier to use new one . I am delighted as it is so easy to change from one use to the next and is easy to clean too . My old ones door opened downwards this opens to the side and it is much easier to remove the hot food without spillage . Love it ."

"Bought as replacement for my Electrolux one. It fit like a glove, looks great and was easy to install. It is heavy to lift, or at least was for me as needed to be lifted level with my shoulders to place in the unit. I find it to do everything needed without being too complicated and having too many buttons/settings. Although early days it works fine and I am happy with the purchase."
