Died after 15 year, our new microwave combination is just right fitted well looks good the only comment is it would have looked better match with the oven we have if the stainless steel returns on the edges "

"The item arrived on time and communication from the delivery company was excellent. It was straightforward to fit and operated fine. However, the instruction booklet left much to be desired and even now, after 2 weeks use, I make mistakes when operating it as the controls are not intuitive."

"This is the third purchase from ao.com and every time the process has gone like clockwork.
This time it was a built in microwave oven. I needed a replacement so the dimensions were crucial which is very difficult with so many to choose from. The ao web site is excellent. After searching the many microwaves I found 1 which looked as though it might suit but upon closer inspection I found a diagram showing the dimensions of the item so after measuring my aperture and comparing with the ao dimensions I was able to place my order with confidence knowing it would fit and it did., perfectly.
All in all a very good shopping experience. Thanks ao!"
