"This was my second time using AO within a 2 week window both times I found the service great website is easy to use. I ordered the incorrect size cooker so I called they didn't have a problem at all I ended up cancelling and re-ordering the correct size no problems at all. Delivery service is fab got updates from beginning to end. Would 100% recommend to anyone and I will be using them again for future orders. THANKS AO for making the experience so easy!!"

"I've had this cooker a while now and the ovens are great but that's where it stops. If you want to cook food that requires frying at a high heat like a stir fry then stay well clear. It heats up then it's thermostat kicks in and the heat disappears. So basically you loose the heat and your meat and veg starts stewing. Beko said this is normal but how the hell are you meant to flash fry anything. I've had ceramic hobs before and never had this problem. Stay well clear and invest elsewhere.

"Only used the cooker a few times but very impressed. Timer very easy, oven works well and so nice to have my pans simmering on the lowest level of 1, my old cooker would not simmer on the lowest setting. All in all a good buy"
