"The cooker worked perfectly except that the cooling fan in the top oven didn't switch off so made a constant noise. Got in touch with AO who contacted Beko on my behalf, engineer came out two days later (very close to Christmas) and had it fixed within the week as he had to order a part. Not an ideal start but I was very impressed with AO's and Beko swift response. Cooker working like a dream and my Dad can't stop raving about the aesthetics of it. "

"This is my first time having a ceramic hop cooker, I can’t believe how quickly it heats up and slows down and how fast the oven cooks.
I did get confused on the timer and clock being on the same button but otherwise excellent perfect "
