"I purchased a fridge freezer last Saturday and it was delivered the following day on Sunday. I paid for unpacking and my old freezer taking away.
The ordering process was great. Straight forward and easy to use site. The delivey was great. Updated as to time of delivery via my phone. Installation of new and removal of old and packaging completed without any problems.
And most importantly the fridge freezer is great. Looks good and value for money. I will definitely be purchasing from ao again. "

"The Beko fridge/freezer is slim and tall. Its larger inside than expected. I like the water dispenser, which keeps the water quite cold. There is also a lot of space in the freezer. The only thing I don't like is the lower door shelf which is not high enough for a litre bottle and the shorter bottles tends to fall out on opening the door, if the door is not fully loaded, but it's very reasonably priced and I am very pleased with it."

"Mine lasted about 5 days before it started freezing everything in the veg compartment and then the temperature fluctuated needing daily adjustment, also the water tank started leaking all over the floor, it has now been repaired needing a new circuit board and surround/paddle for the water tank, unfortunately i was warned by the repair guy that i still wouldn't get the correct temperatures in the compartments as they were not really designed for this country (more for a hot country like turkey where they are made) so if you want the fridge to be fridge temperature (1 - 4 degrees) you have to put up with the veg compartment near freezing and even if you turn the fridge up so that its a bit warm the veg compartment is still a bit too cold for veg.
Myself and my family have had Beko washing machines and tumble driers before and they have all been poor quality needing constant repair, i didn't think they could get something as simple as a fridge wrong but they have!"
