"Very disappointing.
The fan oven doesn’t heat properly. I made a lemon drizzle cake, a tried and tested recipe over many years, put it in a preheated oven 170 fan for 35 mins to find that it was raw in the middle. Had to increase temperature to 200 fan for another 20 mins for it to be just cooked.
Have tried to cook many other things in this oven with very poor results. I am restricted to using the top oven.
I am now waiting until 3rd November for an engineer to come at some time or other on that day. This oven is under guarantee so I don’t understand why I was not offered a replacement immediately.

"This cooker looks amazing, the hob is a nightmare. It marks so quickly the guy who fitted it told us it would. Should have listened. The top oven dosnt cook evenly. I am now looking to buy a new cooker we bought this Feb 2023. I have always bought Beko cokkers this is not worth the money. If you have a large frying pan you have to move it to find the heat. I would not recommend "
