"Very pleased with this fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage space in both cabinets. Use the chilled filtered water every day. The drop down door into the fridge is very handy for regular use items like milk and juice, but took me a little while to get that a steady push on top of door is needed until you hear the click for it to lock.
Please check the sizes of your door openings. I had thoroughly investigated mine and knew if wouldn't go through the back door. I had to lift the pvc front door off its hinges to get it into the house as a whole unit. Even then they had to remove the packaging first."

"Excellent product at an excellent price. Very impressed so far with this fridge freezer. To be fair we've only had it two weeks, but the space and storage in the fridge is great and three drawers is a bonus. The freezer also has very good usable space. The hatch into the fridge door is a good feature giving good access to a door shelf that easily takes 4 pint milk bottles. The water and ice dispenser is elegant with touch screen effect for selection of the options and a flush and illuminated dispensing button. The fridge freezer is also amazingly quiet, I have heard the fan running and it was a shock, not because it was loud, I don't think it was louder than our last fridge, but just because that was the first time I'd heard any noise and it made me realise how quiet the fridge was. In all it feels like a quality product at a bargain price backed up by great service and delivery by ao.
The only real negative I have is that the doors don't swing shut, if you open it you have to close it and I'm still getting used to having to go back and close the door. Not a big negative in my mind. The only other negatives are in my mind at the moment - I'm a little concerned that there are so many built in features (light switches in the hatch, touch screen effect etc.) that there are a lot of things to go wrong. I think that's just being picky though so I'll stick with this being excellent.

"I bought this as my old fridge freezer began to play up. So far this one has been amazing, loads of space and a great modern design. I love the minibar feature as I store milk and Orange juice in there, so it's great for grabbing that and not having to open the full fridge every time you want something. I've seen some reviews of the gap between the doors getting wider at the bottom, but I can't say I'd have noticed this if I hadn't seen another review, and it just seems like it's part of the design! "

"All works well water leaked straight away from mechanism but after a few glasses sorted its self out. Doors were not aligned very well, seems the floor is out of level so used a packer to level the doors out.
Everything else id now fine, good value for money."

"Very happy with this fridge freezer. We've had it a week now and I'm loving the space inside. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the water filter is external and had to be fitted by us. It won't be easy to change, so that's a downside. Our previous American f/freezer had an internal filter that easily screwed off for replacement. Otherwise, a great buy so far."
