"On the whole we are happy with our new appliance. We had only had this fridge freezer for a couple of days when we realised that it wasn't crushing ice anymore. On inspection the small part responsible for doing this had snapped. We are going to start communication regarding this so we shall see how things develop."

"This American fridge freezer is absolutely awesome, we had a similar one in our first rented accommodation and haven’t had space for one since until now and have cool, filtered water and ice on tap is a wonderful thing. The service from ao was very good, the delivery guys were very patient as I had to remove a gate which I wasn’t expecting but they waited and even helped me take it off thanks. Awesome product and service."

"Only had this product for about 1 week now but first Impressions are excellent, love the look, love the internal space and love the features, very nice design and runs so quietly. Works extremely well for our needs, let’s hope this continues to be so as time goes on.
Fridge freezer was excellent value and has great energy efficient cost savings.
Will definitely use ao.com again and also Leisure products."

"If you're looking for an American fridge freezer with water and ice on tap then this is the one you want. The problem with a lot of plumbed in machines is you lose a lot of freezer space to accommodate the ice maker, with this though there is still plenty of room.
The bottom drawers are approximately 28cm deep/wide and 20cm high. The shelfs vary as they have to accommodate the ice maker but are between 30cm and 34cm deep and 30cm wide.
It's also great that the freezer has a light running down it, though completely filling the freezer will obstruct it.
There's plenty of room in the fridge and a solid wine rack, but I'm also keeping my wine in the door so that I can simply top up my glass by opening the hatch. Whilst the serving hatch isn't exactly a must have, it certainly is welcome and I find myself using it more than i thought I would.
The fridge door won't just swing shut though, presumably to stop bottles falling backwards through the hatch, a gentle push will see the door stop slowly with a slight gap whereby you'll need to push again to shut fully. Not a big deal but if like me you swing the door shut with your foot when your hands are full, it won't shut all the way with one push.
The running water is chilled not ice cold, so just add either cubed or crushed ice as you go.
Time will tell on the reliability but it comes with a 2 year warranty as standard.
So in summary this is easily the most feature packed fridge freezer in this price range and one I'm certainly glad I bought.
