"Bought this to replace an aged Panasonic combi microwave. Chose this one due to it's compact size, functionality and flatbed design. A bonus is the drop down door which is so much better for me. AO were great. Ordering process straightforward and delivery service excellent. U packaged, packaging and old appliance taken for safe disposal. Couldn't fault either the service or appliance. "

"First impression. It was just delivered and looks as good as the picture. However, I need a flashlight to read the control panel. The controls are not back lit and printing is virtually invisible on control panel face. Even with reading glasses you cannot make out the symbols. Seriously I put a flashlight next to microwave so I can see what I’m doing. "
