"Usual excellent quality and ease of use. Took a few minutes to get used to new microwave (can’t recall how old the broken one was as had it for many years) Would have preferred white but, otherwise very pleased with quality of Panasonic product as usual. Thankyou."

"Product is stylish, not obtrusive. Drop down door works well, interior easy to clean. Easy to operate, not noisy at all.
Takes a bit of getting used to not seeing food rotate on a turntable.
Have only used microwave and oven but both give good results.
This is my 4th combination microwave (only my 1st broke others have just been replaced with newer ones). Wouldn't be without one. Wendy"

"Easy to set up and use with a logical user interface, works as expected, relatively quiet, compact but a good capacity.. the interior is deceptive as unlike most microwaves it’s deeper than it is wide and the drop down door makes it much more accessible."

"Only used a handful of times but broke within a month. Has a 1 year warranty so Panasonic arranged a repair but it has been gone over 2 weeks and still not returned. Each time I call I am told they are waiting for more parts. Clearly a poorly built product if several parts have broken already. Very disappointing, expect far better. "

"Only used the microwave function a handful of times and then it broke. Panasonic arranged a repair as within the 1 year warranty, however, it has been gone for over a week as several parts need replacing which is concerning for how long it will last when I eventually get it back. Very disappointing as it is an expensive item. "

"Was worried this might be to small but it's perfect size for me does every thing an oven can do plus grill and microwave economical to run and easy to clean it's my second Panasonic oven the first ones 7years old and still working hopefully it will keep going awhile longer for my son "
