"This combination microwave is the best !!. Its pull down door is an excellent feature as it saves space. Its functions are brilliant and its capacity to cook and bake are fantastic. Cant say a bad word about it. Its quality."

"The form-factor and design of the microwave is great. The down-opening door is a great space-saver and the flatbed design allows for fitting a lot more in the microwave. The oven and grill features work well.
However, it does have small drawbacks. There is a lot of steam that builds up when microwaving, which I've never had with any other microwave. The handle also feels flimsy, and the door tint is very dark and difficult to see through. It also takes 5-10 minutes for the oven to preheat.
Overall great design, but not perfect."

"Great multifunction oven. Has to be Panasonic. Quiet function. Easy to use. Shame the jacket potato preset has gone from older model. Having says that can still get crispy jackets using micro and grill. Love flatbed. Shame there isn’t a 27L size with just micro, oven and grill ie did not want steam function which the new 27L size has. Overall still the best on the market. "

"Absolutely poor quality item. I am an experienced microwave user and bought this to replace an old oven. After about a months use - microwaving, reheating food and defrosting (not used grill or combi function) and following the instructions clearly, the connection where the top of the door meets the internal oven was arcing and melted the menu label. This was collected for repair and returned 2 MONTHS later without the menu (great, I thought as it would alleviate the problem of that melting again). Had the oven about 1 week and after defrosting a few items and cooking some microwave meals (but this time only using the medium power function), the same has happened again. Very disappointed especially as Panasonic have inferred that it was caused by "incorrect settings" by the user and would not repair again as part of the warranty. Also excessive amount of condensation build up even after a short amount of cooking, eg 3 minutes for small pack of vegetables. Noticed similar comments on other review sites."

"This product is of high quality and every setting I’ve used so far has exceeded my expectations, easy to use and set up and looks sleek/stylish in my newly fitted kitchen. Considering what this oven can do, although slightly bigger than a regular microwave the size is reasonable and fits perfectly on a kitchen worktop. Love the pull down design door too, it’s much more practical especially when grilling."
