"I have used the cooker daily since delivery a week ago, the job plates heat rapidly and the temperature control from boil to simmer are efficient. I roasted a chicken and it turned out nicely browned and cooked through in the recommended time and temperature. I browned up a cheese and vegetable casserole in the grill and again temperature control was excellent and the results were good. I recommend this cooker as an efficient addition to any home."
