"The freezer seemed to chill fine for the first few days & kept our food frozen well, then after a week of being used the food defrosted completely & all had to be thrown away. The freezer was switched off then switched on again and seemed to be holding an even temperature again after a day. We even put a max/min thermometer inside to see how the freezer was doing and what temperature it was functioning at. After checking again we chanced another lot of food to be frozen, sadly then the same happened again. Repeated the same steps and after yet another week the same happened again and it was only freezing to -0.02degrees & the food was all defrosting again. For a 3 week old freezer this is very poor. Contacted Beko through AO helpline and they are sending someone to maybe fix/repair. Have no faith in Beko freezers anymore and will not be purchasing ever again due to the food waste costs incurred. Very disappointed! "
