"Shame to leave a 3 star review it's a good product the delivery team were fantastic very helpful but about 10 minutes after ordering online (no hassle was my thought process for choosing ao. Com) I received an unwanted and unwelcome call trying to sell me an insurance product I didn't want lady was forceful and not at all what I wanted to deal with hence 4 stars"

"We bought this product to replace a Hotpoint unit which only lasted 5 years, so only time will tell if it lasts longer... On first impressions, however, this product seems to be good value for money.
Positives: bright LED light illuminates fridge compartment very well; plenty of room in fridge (with multiple options for shelf placement); smart ice tray design means no freezer space is sacrificed.
Negatives: freezer compartment seems a little cramped; harder than expected to swap hinge side for the doors (due to very tight screws/bolts with a range of different heads, and very stiff plastic caps)"

"Superb fridge/freezer from Beko. This replaces a previous fridge/freezer that I thought to be identical to the one I already had but whose compressor gave out on me a couple of months before its 10th anniversary. Happy with this performance I was more than willing to purchase another one from Beko. I dropped a star down to 4* only because the new one is a good 6 inches shorter than before (and half a centimeter thinner too - which, for me, is a good thing). As usual ao.com made the whole replacement process so easy and so quick, getting my replacement to me in less than 48 hours. How can you fault that for service? ...and what would we all do without ao.com?"
