"First off, have to say it's a good.. very good fridge/ freezer. It's got plenty of space, is very quiet and is so much better than my old one. Shelves and drawers are better. Even got glass drawer dividers In the freezer.Issue arose when we changed doors to open opposite way. It's a very easy job, best done before you switch fridge on. All was ok, until one of hinge screws would not grip. Tried all screws, nothing, also one of blanking screws doesn't fit snugly. Called to register appliance and report issue. D&General were pretty useless. Tried to tell me it's my fault and I would have to pay £110 call out fee as I had invalidated my warranty changing the door. They soon put me through to Beko when I pointed out nowhere does it say I couldn't change the door over & if a customer can't do this why include it in the instruction manual. Beko Great service, resolved easily quickly and they gave me all options. Thumbs up to Beko. AO sales, little bit heavy trying to get me take out warranty.. after the issue with D&Gen that will NOT be happening. "
