"The product is a good size, can fit much more in the door than my previous fridge freezer. Can be a bit noisy as the fan runs often. Looks good and does the job."
"First time I had used AO. Very efficient service from start to finish. Easy to order, selecting a slot, payment. Delivery time was informed first thing in the morning so no hanging around waiting for item.
Delivery men were polite and courteous and, as a single person, made life easy by ensuring I didn't have to move fridge freezer after they had gone. Paid to have old item removed very reasonable. Super pleased with item."

"If I didn't need to reverse the doors, I'm sure this is a 5-star product, but honestly, it was so difficult and has unfortunately left various scuffs across the fridge. The instructions seemed clear enough but the product is not up to scratch. Three things to be aware of:
1) Hinge socket caps can't be plucked out of the doors easily. We had to use a hammer and screw driver to pierce the plastic caps giving you the ability to hook them out (one was a lot worse than the other). As you can imagine, the caps are now in a sorry state.
2) Holes on the bottom of the fridge where the hinge needs moving to were poorly threaded. We could only successfully screw into them when using a hammer followed by ratchet.
3) The holes where the hinges move to were mostly blocked by either some sort of blu tack type substance or plastic films. These all needed piercing/tearing/cleaning before anything could be screwed in.
Perhaps door reversing isn't something they cover in quality control but it really is poor design. Either way, it's done now and is alright. Just don't look at the top of the doors..."
