"I bought this product as a replacement for a just over 2 year old fridge freezer, by a different manufacturer had become faulty and irreparable. I read the reviews and found them variable for all makes and models. Having had previous Beko products with no problems, I decided on this model, it arrived, quickly and easily installed, switched on and ready to go. The noise as the water filters through for the ice can be heard if you’re listening or it’s quiet but not to the extent I’d read about, the ice initially came out crushed all the time but only for the first 24 hours or so, then is as the settings state, it looks tidy, the controls are simple to use, it refridgerates and freezes, so far so good. "

"Bright and easy to see what is in it. After initial settling time and filling with water it was easy to go. Makes ice pretty quickly. Crushed ice was chunkier than I thought it would be but overall I am pleased with the purchase sobfar"
