"The whole process from order to delivery was excellent. The fridge freezer is very roomy and meets all our needs. The water and ice dispenser is a lovely addition, if have you say a niggle it is the water is slow to dispense and the crushed ice is lively. Highly recommend this fridge freezer and the AO service."

"We’ve had the fridge/freezer for a few days now. We bought this because our old one didn’t switch back on after being in storage for 12 months. We have two young children and wanted more cool space.
The water and ice dispenser is great- bit of a pain to keep topping the water up but it does save on the plumbing.
We did have a bit of difficulty getting it into the house but love the space.
Still a bit of a novelty but happy with our purchase "

"look is fantastic and sits nicely in any kitchen, easy to set up well lit for any dark rooms, bags of space and nice lay out in both sides to accommodate all sizes of items to store. slight downside is the noise of pump/ice maker every so often but kitchens aren't meant to be that quiet. very satisfied !!"

"Purchased to replace samsung one that i had for many years with no issues. This beko however...the ice maker has broken down several times, guy doing repair broke another part then had parts sent out for me to put on rather than return. AO are not helpful and say one thing on phone but this changes at later date. Very disappointed with ao and dont think will buy from them again. Ice maker totally useless now and just out of warranty (about right). My look into getting chargeback on visa. "

"So the fridge freezer was a good buy. I like the freshness of food. No frost in the freezer. The water dispenser you just top up when you need. Slightly too noise when producing ice but apart from that is a very good quality fridge. I highly recommend."
