"Had a wonderful experience with AO after ordering this freezer for my grandmother. AO telephoned 2 days before delivery to discuss the delivery and I explained that the item was for my grandmother. The guy I spoke to was really helpful and offered to arrange to call me the morning of delivery and also for the driver to call me in plenty of time to allow my grandmother to prepare. This was both incredibly kind and helpful.
The product itself is exactly what my grandmother wanted and while smaller than the product she got rid of, fits all her food and is deeper than her last one.
She's very happy!!

"Ordered this Chest Freezer Saturday! The next day we had a delivery slot. They installed it for us, took away all the packaging AND the old upright freezer as well. What's not to like about that? Huge capacity (compared to the old freezer) and it is working really well. The integral light in the lid makes it really easy to find what you are looking for. Delighted."
