"Great size. Fast. Easy to clean. Has handy grill function. Has useful 30 second button. Only disadvantage is the door is very dark so you can't see in. When you open the door to check on the item the microwave pauses but when you close the door again, there's a handy resume function. Overall very pleased with it."
"I should have listened to what previous reviews said. Only a couple of months in and the door catch has failed. Unable to open, unable to remove from housing, unable to read serial number. Two calls in and no luck so far. Samsung need to sort the door lock issue, it’s a tiny bit of thin plastic. As a microwave, it works but not by default, first you have to tell it to microwave. What else would you want a microwave to do?"
"Broke after only 4 years of not much use!! It was fine while it worked but I feel for the price it should last longer than 4 years. The grill aspect works but the microwave does not heat up at all. For the price of the call out, I can buy a new microwave."
