"The first microwave had a mind of is own. Switched power off and on at random even if you were not using it, flashed up different cooking codes also. Purchased product Nov 2017. Rang shop where i purchased, one day over 30days would not do anything. Rang Samsung they sent out engineer who replaced circuit board. This made no difference, still did the same and more now also switched off while cooking. Rang Samsung again they sent another engineer, who after seeing the filmed evidence said he would report this back to Samsung. Eventually got my product replaced June 2018. So far so good, grills, roasts, microwave excellent, i have even made by own slim fry chips, yum yum. So, yes i would recommend this product, just be warned there could be a faulty batch or mine could have been a one off. Just be warned if strange things start happening and you microwave has a mind of is own, don't hesitate like i did ask them to replace it straight away. Oh forgot to mention the drop down door is a bonus can lift food straight out without any door in the way."

"Brought this in Nov 2017. Had 3 call outs and people getting yh problem wrong so 3 days of my annual leave holiday wasted. They fixed it Thursday now it doesn’t work, elements aren’t getting hot! No lights. Customer service is in Philippines and absolutely completely useless all I want is a replacement or a refund as I now I cannot even cook my children’s dinner Sansung are despicable I will never buy a product of there’s again. Brought an expensive all singing all dancing so I knew it would work that was one of the worst things I could of done. My son had eating disordered and I have had to keep it quiet that it doesn’t work or he wouldn’t eat out of a microwave convectional oven again: utterly disgusted with the pointless calls and the lack of customer service"

"Good looking item, the black makes it easy to clean and keep clean. I have not had a black appliance before but now i have will order other items in this finish as looks good and easy to clean.
I have had a prevs samsung combi microwave for about 16 years, so wanted to get another. saw this one with price reduction so took the plunge. although has a lot of different programs they are easy to use. I use this to cook roast potates and roast vegtables as always come out crispy using temp of 180 to 200 c. cooked chips which are great and crisp as well as jacket potatoes in the hot blast element. this was a great buy and im very pleased with the price and overall build of the item. "

"Bought this as the Old microwave died and was worried that it would be too complex but in fact it's very good and quite easy to use. the large cubic capacity makes it much more practical and we had it delivered within 2 days"
