"I took a while to decide on my purchase and so far I am very happy with this Samsung , although I could do with a bit more information on using the various cooking techniques . Hot blast is very good and simple to use . So far no complaints and the quality of build is very good in my opinion . Overall an excellent product . One thing , I was impressed at how well it fitted my small kitchen for such a spacious microwave . 5* for sure ."

"So far so good only had it for a week but it has been good so far, a bit more info on all the menu options would be useful but apart from that its the quality u qould expect from Samsung"
"never had a microwave that gets this hot on top and sides as this one ( just glad no young children about) --same size as my old one but takes up much more space-- when putting a micro casserole in oven it keeps catching the element which is not flush with the roof ( as my old one )
--controls not good pressing start -keep catching other controls and if you catch dial button on passing reverts to clock (re set time) so hate it if I could I would send it back not happy

"Good product that is very versatile , only drawback is the quality of the instruction manual ( so often the case these days), however the more you play around with various aspects of the cooking processes, you realise that the combination/microwave oven works really well."

"Still trying to find our way around this item, as only purchased last week, and to see what it can do, but as a starter I was seriously impressed that it took just 15 mins to cook chips that would normally take 35 mins! Can't wait to use it for the next family roast dinner as never have enough oven space!"
